We're looking for a sharp, articulate, and creative Content & Communications Lead to join our growing team. This is a critical role that combines content strategy, brand storytelling, and external communications. You’ll help us shape how the world sees Eccentric - across web, media, PR, industry forums, and more.
We want someone who’s not just good with words, but great - someone who understands nuance, narrative, and how to translate deep tech into powerful messaging.
Eccentric’s Mission
We are building a Showroom-like experience in a virtual world where a vehicle buyer
- Can take a 3D walkthrough of all models/variants/trims on sale
- Can customize the vehicle and see exactly how it looks like and how much it will cost
- Can take a ‘Virtual Consultation’ with a sales agent in the virtual world (some like to call it Metaverse)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead content creation across formats - blogs, thought leadership, whitepapers, product stories, website, and social.
- Drive media relations and external communication strategy (in partnership with PR consultants/agencies).
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering to turn technical insights into compelling stories.
- Support leadership with editorial content including interviews, speeches, bylines, and opinion pieces.
- Shape Eccentric’s brand voice across platforms and geographies (India + US launch markets).
- Build out communications strategies for key announcements, launches, and events.
Who You Are
- A strong communicator with 5–10 years of experience in journalism, content, or communications.
- Bonus if you’ve worked in gaming, tech, mobility, or 3D graphics - or you’re a passionate enthusiast.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas without losing depth or clarity.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams - especially product, design, and leadership.
- Excellent command of English - both written and verbal. Journalistic/editorial experience is a big plus.
- Strategic mindset, but also hands-on: you can think and do.

We are looking for a 'Project Manager' at Eccentric. As a PM at EE you will be responsible to work closely with our Key Automotive Partners and It involves with various functions at an Automotive Company.

What you’ll do
- Develop project strategy plans, goals, and requirements for each project.
- Working closely with different functional teams for planning different aspects of the project.
- Juggling immediate requirements with long-term planning..
- Reviews and validates statement of work (SOW). Categories requirements into a project plan detailing schedules, controls, resources, costs and daily tasks.
- Maintain project timeframes, objectives and communications.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
What we seek
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- Proven experience of working on large-scale projects development with stakeholders
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
