We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Associate Customer Success – (Australia Support) to join our team and provide exceptional support and client interaction to our valued clients. In this role, you will be the frontline advocate for our clients, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be key as you guide clients through onboarding, address their concerns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. Your knack for meaningful client interaction will foster strong relationships and contribute to the success of our clients.
We are building a Showroom-like experience in a virtual world where a vehicle buyer
- Can take a 3D walkthrough of all models/variants/trims on sale
- Can customize the vehicle and see exactly how it looks like and how much it will cost
- Can take a ‘Virtual Consultation’ with a sales agent in the virtual world (some like to call it Metaverse)
What you’ll do
- Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing project activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to objectives.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
- Monitor and update project tasks, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.
- Identify potential risks and assist in developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success and minimizing disruptions.
- Participate in quality control efforts to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards.
- Support project timeline management by monitoring deadlines and assisting in adjusting schedules as needed.
- Collaborate with different teams and departments to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with broader organizational objectives.
- Assist in identifying issues and roadblocks that hinder project progress and work with the team to find solutions.
- Continuously learn about project management best practices and contribute insights to improve project processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Maintain open and transparent communication channels to address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and goals. Anticipate client requirements and provide proactive solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and objectives. Translate these requirements into actionable plans that align with the company's capabilities and offerings.
- Facilitate clear communication among team members, stakeholders, and project leads regarding project status, changes, and updates.
What we seek
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2-3 Years of Experience.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical skills, with a problem-solving attitude.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain information in a structured manner
- High bias for action and a Can-Do attitude to drive outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work Shift - 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM shift
