As a member of the Founders Office, you will play a crucial role in supporting the founders with strategic initiatives, managing special projects, and ensuring effective communication across the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to high-level decision-making processes and contribute to the company's growth and success.

  • Can take a 3D walkthrough of all models/variants/trims on sale
  • Can customize the vehicle and see exactly how it looks like and how much it will cost
  • Can take a ‘Virtual Consultation’ with a sales agent in the virtual world (some like to call it Metaverse)

Responsibilities

  • Business Strategy:
    • Work with the team on business/marketing/sales/operations team on GTM, Penetration and Expansion Goals.
    • Work with the product / engineering teams to be familiar and suggest ideas on the Product Roadmap and the opportunities in focus.
  • Project Management:
    • Assist in managing special tech/non-tech projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Get updates on initiatives, track key project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively communicate updates to the founder & the leadership team.
    • Work closely with the founder on day-to-day tasks like planning, work delegation, system set up to broader tasks like overall strategy and monthly planning.
  • Research & Reporting:
    • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and other relevant topics to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Compile and analyze data, preparing comprehensive reports and presentations that distill complex information into actionable insights.
    • Regularly update the founder on research findings and project status to facilitate informed decision.
    • Gather and consolidate MIS reports and budgets from various departments to ensure accurate and timely information for decision-making.
    • Present the compiled MIS reports of various departments, highlighting key performance indicators and strategic insights.
  • Assistance to other teams / Cross-Functional Teams:
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure resources are allocated effectively, blockages are reduced, and deadlines are met.
    • Engage actively with all functions (Business, marketing, operations, product, engineering, etc.) to identify opportunities for driving efficiency or growing revenues.
    • Escalate critical issues to the appropriate stakeholders when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Meetings & Documentation:
    • Organize and conduct regular review meetings with relevant stakeholders to discuss progress, challenges, and align efforts with the overall organizational objectives.
    • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for executive meetings.
    • Regularly update project tracking tools and dashboards to provide accurate reporting on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
    • Ensure that project milestones are documented, and requirements are properly communicated to the relevant teams.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education:
    • Any Formal Education in the field of Business Administration, Technology Management, Project Management, Product Management, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in management consulting or a similar role.
